SHELBYVILLE – Calista Anne Gurevsky entered and left this world on Friday, November 7, 2014. She was the daughter of Lucas and Holly (Proctor) Gurevsky. Calista is survived by her parents, Lucas & Holly Gurevsky of Shelbyville; grandparents, J.D. & Melissa Proctor of Greenfield, JoAnne Tadeo of Fort Wayne, IN and Michael Leon Gurevsky of Fort Wayne, IN; aunts and uncles, Austin (Hollie) Proctor of Greenfield, Alexis (Tyler) New of Greenfield and Jason Robert Merchant of Fort Wayne, IN; great-grandparents, JoeAnn & James C. Proctor of Greenfield, John & Sheila Huffman of Alexandria, IN and Jeannetta Clem of Port Charlotte, FL; great-aunt, Susan Davison of Columbia City, IN; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her great-uncle, Johnny Huffman; great-aunt and uncle, Looper and Joan; and great-grandparents, Jim Merchant, Beverly Merchant, Leon Gurevsky and Norma Lou Gurevsky. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at 12:00 p.m. at Park Cemetery, 621 South State Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.
