GREENFIELD – Frank E. Klink, age 100, of Greenfield, IN, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Hancock Regional Hospital. He was born on February 6, 1915 in Rockwood, PA as the son of Reuben and Lizzie (Enos) Klink. Frank married Zola E. (Beck). He was a self-employed farmer in Greenfield for 24 years before retiring in 2010. He was also a self-employed farmer in Somerset, PA for 45 years before moving to Greenfield. Mr. Klink attended Burge Terrace Baptist Church for 20 years. He enjoyed farming, gardening and was an inventor and mentor to family, friends and church. Frank is survived by his son, Paul R. (Barbara) Klink of Greenfield, IN; daughter, Mary L. Seltzer of Woodbridge, VA; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Zola Klink; parents, Reuben and Lizzie Klink; sister, Fern Stahl; granddaughter, Shari Seltzer; and great-grandson, Benjamin Root. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 7:00 p.m. Pastor Todd Curtis will be officiating. A private committal will take place at a later date at Philadelphia Cemetery in Greenfield.
